- Inspect your purchase upon delivery. Any shipping damages must be reported to TeraFlex within 7 days. Shipping Damages noted after 7 days cannot be submitted for claim. Please retain all packaging and send photos if possible.

- Inbound shipping charges (from you to TeraFlex) are the responsibility of the customer. TeraFlex Inc. will pay the return freight.
